Joe Desena on CNBC

This week Spartan Race founder Joe Desena faced a new challenge. He was ganged up on and interviewed by the CNBC team. I've seen a few interviews like this from the US lately (most notably Russel Brand on "Morning Joe"), where the interviewee is subjected to an intense barrage of questions from a panel of "characters" who seem to revel in making themselves sound a little bit stupid. It's all very odd and I don't think it translates to the UK viewing taste particularly well.

Anyway, I think Joe Desena handled himself pretty well, as he went on to talk about how Spartan has inspired the nation to get fit and that having a gym membership isn't enough to combat the country's obesity crisis. It's worth a watch, check it...
