How To Climb An Overhanging Wall At Obstacle Races


Slanted or overhanging walls are starting to make more regular appearances at obstacle races in the UK since the introduction of Tough Mudder's "Glory Blades". Anyone who has tried them will know that they are far harder than a regular vertical wall but, if you use the correct technique, they don't need to be.
