Welcome to the second video in our new series of workout challenges. OCR fitness experts British Military Fitness have put together some short-blast challenges that you can either do at home or as part of your daily work-out. All you need is four minutes and a bit of floor space.
Our second challenge is another full-body challenge and really steps things up a notch. We make use of a pack of playing cards, and you can either exercise along with this video for four minutes, or use your own playing cards (if you make use of the entire deck it's likely to last you 8 minutes).
