We are aware that a number of our members have experienced severe delays in receiving their membership renewal packs. For this we can only apologise, there was an issue with our supplier and that meant a number of you were affected. During this time our communincation regarding these issues was not up to the standards that you, our paying members deserve and we have put in place a number of new systems to ensure that doesn't happen again.
As of last week we believe all outstanding orders and membership packs have been shipped. However we want to ensure that nobody misses out on what they have paid for. If you haven't received your orders by the end of this week please fill out the form below.
