    Hi there,

I feel very inspired to do a mud run! sounds like alot of fun and very adventurous! But, the problem is, I can’t seem to find many events for this year, well, not any near Portsmouth that are realistically priced to enter! Has anyone got any good suggestions or know of any?

  • Hello,

On Feb 1 of this year, I was doing wrist curls (probably with too much weight). As I was lowering, my forceps muscle failed temporarily and then re-engaged millimeters later. I instantly felt an instant pain in a flexor tendon. A doctor said it’s nothing serious. It’s a lot better than it was, but it still bothers me. Any Idea when…[Read more]

  • Hello,

I have a c4,c5,c6 compression in my neck and a bulging disc on the other side of my neck. First week back to working out in 3 years and it seems my trap has swollen and in a lot of pain. Does anyone here know if the bulging disc is whats causing my trap swelling or if this is just a fluke from working out to hard?

    Please help.

    Hello,

I’m doing the Spartan Race Super course in May, any templates you would recommend that would also keep my strength levels up and not make me lose a lot of muscle? Was thinking of Built Like a Badass… Been focusing heavily on bodybuilding for the past couple of years and my conditioning and cardio is shit. The only thing I’m scared of is…[Read more]

  • Hello everyone,

I’ve been having a pain in my hip flexors when I squat for about 4 months or more now. I used to not be able to squat the bar without feeling the pain, so I took a month off from squatting. Now it’s better, but once I add weight, I can still feel it. I tried foam rolling it out and stretching, but it doesn’t help.

    Any…[Read more]

  • Hello everyone,

So basically I never really did dips before on a regular basis, only bench and push ups. I started exercising again, after some time off, and did dips in two workouts. After both of those workouts I had shoulder soreness (a bad type of soreness, in the biceps tendon area) a day after, but during the workout didn’t feel anything,…[Read more]

  • Hello everyone,

I’m preparing a Marathon for end of November, but in October I have planned a Mud Race (Mud Day).My question is pretty simple: does any of you already took their Fenix 3 in such races ? I did this kind of race once and te mud was very heavy and sticky. I’m thinking about the holes on the side (barometer ?) of the watch that may be…[Read more]

  • Hello everyone,

I’ve signed up for one of those obstacle course mud runs and it looks like it’ll be fun. I usually wear my Garmin forerunner for races, but am thinking I should do without it this time because I have no idea how “rough” the course will be and would hate to damage or lose it. Plus, I don’t think I’d get any data worth anything…[Read more]

  • Hello,

So as the title suggests, I have a sharp pain in my right upper thigh every time I lift my knee up, or when pushing something forward with my foot.It happens to be right where my sartorius muscle and my iliopsoas muscle joins the crest of my pelvis. Two muscles that help lift the leg when running. When I leave it alone and don’t move it,…[Read more]

  • Hello,

A quick search and RAPID mode has something to do with SSD’s and RAM, I didn’t get far into it but it helps with I/O intensive apps? If thats the case, then I host 9 Servers right now along with running the Windows OS and games. Would RAPID mode be useful for me? Does it damage the lifespan / performance of the drive?

  • Robin son started the topic NVMe Drives? in the forum General Discussion 3 years ago

    Hello,

Yes, they are usually pointless for most users. Nearly all people will see no benefit from going with an NVMe over a SATA SSD. But, what I am wondering is about a specific NVMe SSD. The ADATA XPG SX6000, in particular. It costs slightly less than one of the better budget SSDs in the 120GB area (the SK Hynix SL308 – 52.98) which seems like…[Read more]
