Needed to share with OCR folk. It may not have been the highest wall, but, for a little person, it was K2. Heel hook technique. Bring in Dirty Weekend.

Nice one! It’s Great feeling when you crack an obstacle that’s been kicking your ass for a while. I’m pretty poor upper-body wise, so when I managed the JD monkey bars for the first time I was buzzing for a good while.

    See you at RRDW 🙂

Yes! Awesome! I remember having a similar level of excitement when the heel-hook finally clicked! 🙂

    Well done Ruth!!!!!

I know that feeling very well, doing a little whoop of joy when your on top of the wall, and then having a massive grin on your face when you continue running after the obstacle.

The heel-hook is a godsend in obstacles

So how’d you get on with the Diablo wall?

Needed a boost at Diablo, but, after the hills, I’m okay with that.

    Loved Diablo. You?
