    Hi there,

    I got a question what should i pack in my gym bag to go with me to practice and so forth for warm up/cool down my coach has recommended to use to give ourselves massages when we cool down is this a good idea and where should i find out more imformation on this?

    Please help.

    I did not find the right solution from the internet.
