    I’m doing the Spartan Race Super course in May, any templates you would recommend that would also keep my strength levels up and not make me lose a lot of muscle? Was thinking of Built Like a Badass… Been focusing heavily on bodybuilding for the past couple of years and my conditioning and cardio is shit. The only thing I’m scared of is losing a lot of muscle mass, but I’ll keep my calorie intake high.

    Please help.
