I’ve been having a pain in my hip flexors when I squat for about 4 months or more now. I used to not be able to squat the bar without feeling the pain, so I took a month off from squatting. Now it’s better, but once I add weight, I can still feel it. I tried foam rolling it out and stretching, but it doesn’t help.
Any suggestions ?
