So as the title suggests, I have a sharp pain in my right upper thigh every time I lift my knee up, or when pushing something forward with my foot.It happens to be right where my sartorius muscle and my iliopsoas muscle joins the crest of my pelvis. Two muscles that help lift the leg when running. When I leave it alone and don’t move it, obviously the pain is less, but going up stairs in particular is when it comes out. I am aware of when it happened and why it happened, but I was wondering how to help it. Stretching and mobility? What kind of mobility work could benefit?
