Well I have had shoulder pain for the past few weeks. I have completely let off lifting and I am only playing basketball a couple times a week. The pain is in the front center of my shoulder. When bending my arm at the elbow and rotating it inside and out i feel and hear a popping in the shoulder. I cannot completely rest it for at least the next 3 weeks due to basketball playoffs(we have a very good chance at #1) so what are some things i can do to releave the pain? Also what could it be?
