Interesting facts: I was Swansea University Sportsman of the Year in 2010. In 2009 Alun Wyn Jones (new Welsh Rugby Union Captain) won. I also believe that I have the World's fastest time for 10-card Dobble. Additionaly, I still feel cheated at having been beaten to the line at OCR's first beer championships in 2015. This would have been my finest victory. I perform best on 4.4 pints of beer the night before. On several occasions I have slowed down in races in order to ensure I maintain my 'silver' nickname. My first name is actually Alexander.
Embarrassing fact: I've crapped myself during an Ironman but carried on regardless. I like beasting horses.
Favourite running shoe: inov-8 X Talon
Favourite item of ocr gear: Compression. Just love the stuff. Wear it everywhere and for everything.
Favourite race: Has to be Toughest at present.
Favourite pudding: Rhubarb Crumble. mmm.
Favourite cheese: Caerphilly. (What cheese do you need to be very cautious with?) Haha, gets me every time.
